Q.2: How is the packing?
A: We pack our ebikes in carton.
Carton Size: 159*28*79CM.One bike into per carton.
Q.3: What is your terms of payment?
A: T/T 30% as deposit, and 70% before delivery. We'll show you the photos of the products and packages before you pay the balance.
Q.4: Can I get a sample and how long will it take?
A: Yes. We can supply samples. But the buyer pays for the sample and shipping cost. lead time within 7-15 days after receiving the payment, we will send it out.
Q.5: What's the after-sale warranty?
A: Frame is 1 year,other parts for half a year. If any parts break down in waranty, we ship new parts to buyer by air , which only take 1~2 weeks,except for man-made damage.
